The rent is TL550/month, including electricity, natural gas and water for a 1 decent size bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and a big balcony is on offer in a very clean house. Details: Bedroom is has basic furniture (single bed and a big wardrobe). Kitchen has all appliances; mini bar fridge, stove top, kettle, cutlery and plates etc. Bathroom; Has a shower and one toilet. Balcony; spacious terrace with nice breeze and a pleasant view. Apartment is brand new, close to public transport; 15 minutes walk to subway, 5 minutes to bus stop. My family lives downstairs, they are very quiet and welcoming people. Please note that I only rent this space to practise and improve my English, therefore only foreign students, tourists to apply.
