Im looking for a flat mate in my lovely flat in Ümraniye (İkbal street). Im living as alone in the flat. Im working as security IT engineer in a research and development projects. Closing parking, 24 hours security, 2 minutes from main street. all the grocery shops are closed by and easy to reach. no deadly hills on the way. There are direct transportation to Kadıköy by both bus and minibus about 40 minutes. The nearest metro station is about 15 minutes by bus. The flat has 3 rooms and it is in the second floor. Your room has a single bed, 3 door gardrop, a table and chair, a bookshelf and a lovely couch. the price is 450TL / month and the deposit is 450TL.
