A BIG ROOM IN A GOOD LOCATION FOR STUDENTS

Hello, My name is Özgür. I’m, 24, a male student studying sociology at Mimar Sinan University in Besiktas. I and my sister have stayed at the same flat together by now, but she is going to be an erasmus student during summer semester. As my sister will be studying in Germany this year, I have decided to rent her room for an erasmus student in Istanbul. The flat in which I live is in Findikzade, in the city center and safety area. The flat is 2 minutes away from Millet Road where you can get many kinds of transportation vehicles such as bus, tram, metrobus, minibus, metro(subway). Therefore you will have no problem as to transporting. The flat is very close to Beyazit, Taksim, Eminonu, Besiktas, Kabatas, etc. For example, it takes 8 minutes to Beyazit where Istanbul University takes place by tram, and 20 minutes to Taksim by bus, also by tram, 10 minutes to many touristic places such as Sultanahmet, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc. (You can get a minibus to go to Taksim 24 hours.) The flat is also very close to Istanbul University, Mimar Sinan University, and close to Yildiz Technical University, Istanbul Technical University, Bahçesehir University, Kadir Has University, Galatasaray University. There are two big rooms at the house. I’m thinking of renting one of them. I have high speed and unlimited internet, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, iron, vacuum cleaner, kettle, hand-blender, refrigerator, fruit press machine, hotwater 24 hours, heating system, and playstation2, etc. Moreover, in the room, there are a single-bed, a wardrobe, a table, a chair, a mirror console. The flat is at the fourth floor. The flat has a terrace in which you can do barbecue. There are shops and markets open 24 hours around the flat. The flat is also close to three main hospitals. I’m interested in different cultures. I had many other erasmus-student friends in Istanbul. I like communicating with people, helping them, hanging out with them, having a good time outside, bla bla…. I’m open-minded person. Don’t hesitate to ask to me what you wonder.
