Hi, I am female and 23 years old. This year I graduated from Istanbul Technical University, I’m working now. I moved to new big house just a month ago. Also, I’m looking for a flatmate for my room. The person should be FEMALE, open minded, tidy, clean, respectful.. All bills are INCLUDED to the rent. (Natural gas, electricity, water, limitless internet, fee for the door keeper and condo fee..) My apartment is in Kadikoy, located very central on the Kadikoy and Kadikoy is in the center of the Istanbul. From house, it takes only 3 min by walk to the dock, from where you can reach Taksim, Besiktas, Eminonu, Karakoy by ferry. The distance to metrobus from home is 10-15 minutes.You can go Sisli, Zincirlikuyu by metrobus. Its close to the seashore. 3 min by walk to the Moda seaside. You can walk, run.. The room's cost 300 Euro with full furnished.. I have another room which is small. Its cost 200 Euro TL, furnished and all bills included. The flat is on the top floor. There is 24 hour hot water. The house is big and the room is very comfortable. It's open to fresh air and the sun. The room is nearly 20 m'2 Limitless wireless internet connection. There is central heating. The flat is so safety. Also, we have a door keeper. There is everything u may need. In brief it is wonderful.
